To Complete the Application Process:

Step I: Click on THIS LINK   This will automatically register your for the match with the AUA. After completing the form, click the option to create a PDF of the form and forward the application form, three letters of recommendation, CV and $200.00 application fee to the Endourology Society office (address below).

Step II: Forward your application, CV, and letters of recommendation to all the programs that you are interested in applying to. The programs will then contact you directly to schedule interviews.
