Step II: Forward your application, CV, and letters of recommendation to all the programs that you are interested in applying to. The programs will then contact you directly to schedule interviews.

Fellowship Match Program Calender

April 15, 2009

Application deadline.

May - June, 2009

Applicants and programs proceed with the interview process. Initial letter mailed to applicants and program directors.

June 13, 2009

Deadline for receipt of Program Registration forms.

June 29, 2009

Deadline for on-line submission of preference lists.

July 2 - 11, 2009

The match is performed, using all possible safeguards to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

July 14, 2009

Results of the match sent to:

  • Program directors by email.
  • Applicants by email

Coordination of applicant to program would be performed in similar manner as the AUA residency match. We believe that this process would be the most fair and equal for all parties involved.
