Participation in a society committee is a valuable opportunity for members to enhance their leadership skills, engage with the community, and help guide the society's progress. The Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and committee members collaborate to organize various educational activities and initiatives for the Endourology Society. These include website and social media development, fellowship program evaluation, awards selection, podcast and webcast production, the WCET Conference, and many more.

In 250 words or less, explain why you are interested in a particular Endourological Society committee and what experience you have, that makes you well-suited to participate in this important service role. Awards Committee

The Awards Committee selects recipients of the Karl Storz Lifetime Achievement Award, the "Arthur Award," and the Ralph Clayman "Mentor Award" approximately three to six months before the WCET meeting.
